Return Policy

www.chilpi.com has a 03 days return policy.

Customer has the privilege for a return within the 3 days of purchasing from us.

NOTE: The goods must be in the right state and condition, no damages or worn out as it is being sold for you.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return:
To start a return, you must email us at customercare@chilpi.com with order details & pictures (In case of damage) for further processing. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return mailing label, as well as information on how and where to send you’re Packages.
We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

How do I return an item?
1.) Email to customercare@chilpi.com and include the following information:
–In the subject line, please write "Return Request."
–In the body of the email, please be sure to include your order# (emailed to you when you made the purchase), first and last name, and the details of your return.
2.) We will verify that your return request was communicated within 3 days of receiving the order and email you back with further information on your return, including where to ship your item(s).
3.) Repackage your product in the original packaging. Ship your return to the address provided by our support team.
4.) Please allow up to 07 business days for the refund to be processed from the time we received your return. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used.
